An Evening with ‘The Bone Season’ Author Samantha Shannon Plus Andy Serkis and John Cavendish on 2nd May

To celebrate the paperback release of The Bone Season, the international bestselling dystopian author, Samantha Shannon will discuss the novel with The Imaginarium Studios Directors – acclaimed actor Andy Serkis (Lord of the Rings) and producer Jonathan Cavendish (Bridget Jones’s Diary) – at this very special, one-off event in London this Friday evening. The Bone Season has been sold in 28 countries and Andy Serkis and Jonathan Cavendish optioned film rights through their British production company, The Imaginarium Studios, in 2013. The much anticipated second book in the series, The Mime Order, will be published in October.

Tickets for the event are £8 and include a copy of The Bone Season paperback.

The Bone Season begins in 2059. Nineteen-year-old Paige Mahoney is working in the criminal underworld of London.
