A second trailer for the sequel, Maze Runner: The Scorch Trails, has just been released, and believe it or not, it’s even more thrilling than the first.

I am pretty excited about this I have to admit, but while the new trailer is action packed and pretty damn amazing, it is also far too long. I feel I have now seen half the movie as it appears that they tried to squeeze as much into this trailer as possible.

Still, won’t stop me looking forward to it.

Wes Ball returns to direct, and the cast includes Dylan O’Brien, Thomas Brodie-Sangster, Kaya Scodelario, Giancarlo Esposito, Ki Hong Lee, Rosa Salazar and Jacob Lofland.

The Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials finds its way to cinemas on 11th September.

Synopsis:

In this next chapter of the epic “Maze Runner” saga, Thomas (Dylan O’Brien) and his fellow Gladers face their greatest challenge yet: searching for clues about the mysterious and powerful organization known as WCKD. Their journey takes them to the Scorch, a desolate landscape filled with unimaginable obstacles. Teaming up with resistance fighters, the Gladers take on WCKD’s vastly superior forces and uncover its shocking plans for them all.

Matt WavishA keen enthusiast and collector of all horror and extreme films. I can be picky as i like quality in my horror. This doesn't necessarily mean it has to be a classic, but as long as it has something to impress me then i'm a fan. I watch films by the rule that if it doesn't bring out some kind of emotive response then it aint worth watching.
