Deadline had all the available details:

Phantom Four’s David Goyer and Kevin Turen have teamed up with A24 on a high concept original horror film to be directed by Marc Munden. To be part of A24’s slate of films with Eva Maria Daniels of VisionChaos Productions, the film will be written by Ben Collins and Luke Piotrowski, the duo who penned Akiva Goldsman’s Stephanie, currently in post-production from Universal. It is currently untitled.

Munden, who among other projects directed on the acclaimed UK Channel 4 television series Utopia, is also directing the sci-fi thriller Aether for FilmNation. Meanwhile, Collins and Piotrowski are attached to adapt the supernatural novel Head Full Of Ghosts for Focus Features.

Coming up on Phantom Four’s slate is the horror film The Forest, starring Natalie Dormer and due in theaters January 2016, The Breach, from Lionsgate, directed by Goyer, and the upcoming adaptation of Neil Gaiman’s seminal comic series The Sandman, directed by Joseph Gordon Levitt.

A keen enthusiast and collector of all horror and extreme films. I can be picky as i like quality in my horror. This doesn't necessarily mean it has to be a classic, but as long as it has something to impress me then i'm a fan. I watch films by the rule that if it doesn't bring out some kind of emotive response then it aint worth watching.
