Following on from R.A.D.’s sell out Halloween screening last year, they’re back with a creepy and retro as hell sophomore All Hallows Eve bash featuring Supernatural times, Tom Hanks, Haunted Houses and the most halloweeny family in history!

When a man (Christopher Lloyd) claiming to be Fester, the missing brother of Gomez Addams (Raul Julia), arrives at the Addams’ home, the family is thrilled. However, Morticia (Anjelica Huston) begins to suspect the man is a fraud, since he cannot recall details of Fester’s life. With the help of lawyer Tully Alford (Dan Hedaya), Fester manages to get the Addams clan evicted from their home. Gomez realizes the two men are conspiring to swindle the Addams fortune and that he must challenge Fester. No October is complete without a visit to Halloweens favourite family, The Addams Family!

Settling in for some time off in his suburban home, Ray Peterson’s (Played by RAD hero Tom Hanks) vacation becomes a horror when the Klopeks, a suspiciously odd family, move in down the block. Enlisting the aid of his paranoid buddy, Art (Rick Ducommun), and his militia-man neighbour, Rumsfield (Bruce Dern), Ray sends his son and wife (Carrie Fisher) away on a trip while he investigates the Klopeks. When a neighbor disappears, Ray and his motley crew risk their lives to save their cul-de-sac from the clutches of evil!

The Halloween Double Bill will take place at Gorilla in Manchester on 31st October 2015.
Doors open at 7pm, films begin at 7.30pm.
Ages 14+. Tickets cost £8.80 and can be ordered online.

BatWhilst I love prosthetic effects, stop-motion animation and gore, nothing can beat a good story! I adore B-movies and exploitation films in many of their guises and also have a soft spot for creature features. I review a wide range of media including movies, TV series, books and videogames. I'm a massive fan of author Hunter S. Thompson and I enjoy various genre of videogames with Kingdom Hearts and Harvest Moon two of my all time favs. I don't do 3D movies so put the red and green spex away!
