Lawrie Brewster, Sarah Daly and the team at Hex Media, the creative geniuses behind 2013’s chilling LORD OF TEARS (with the awesome Owlman that you’ll have seen scaring innocent people) are back with their new movie, THE UNKINDNESS OF RAVENS.

Once again co-produced by Dark Dunes Productions, the film is set in the bleak highlands of Scotland where an army veteran (Lord of Tears‘ Jamie Scott Gordon) must battle his demons in a last desperate bid to reclaim his life and his sanity.

The Unkindness of Ravens is an exciting, original, feature-length horror film that blends the psychological with the supernatural in a nightmarish tale of one man’s journey into hell. The film has already been shot and edited but the filmmakers still need help to complete their film’s post production and to release the film independently.

The team are looking to raise £40,000 for The Unkindness of Ravens offering digital, DVD and Blu-Ray copies of film, t-shrits, posters and also custom media in return for pledges. Think of it as pre-ordering this fine release whilst your pledge contributes to the completion of the film.

If you’ve ever bought the Lord of Tears release, you’ll know how much passion and quality that Hex Media put into their productions, both the film and the final product.

You can find out more about The Unkindness of Ravens in the video below and pledge on their Kickstarter campaign.

Bat

BatI love prosthetic effects, stop-motion animation and gore, but most of all I love a good story! I adore B-movies and exploitation films in many of their guises and also have a soft spot for creature features. I review a wide range of media including movies, TV series, books and videogames. I'm a massive fan of author Hunter S. Thompson and I enjoy various genre of videogames with Kingdom Hearts and Harvest Moon two of my all time favs. Currently playing: Silent Hill
