One of the best films from an era long gone is the 1966 Sc-Fi classic Fantastic Voyage which saw a bunch of scientists get shrunk inside a submarine and get injected into a fellow scientist to save his life.  Its a much loved tale that was loosely remade in the 80’s in the guise of Innerspace, but the idea of remaking the original as been floating around for many of years and it now seems that there is progress finally being made.

With James Cameron linked to the project but with Avatar clogging his schedule, it seems that Guillermo del Toro is the man now set to fill the director’s chair as he is reportedly in talks with 20 Century Fox and David Goyer is currently writing the screenplay.

If Del Toro agrees to sign on the dotted line, what happens to the planned Pacific Rim 2 is anyone’s guess, but we have to see how this report pans out first.

More as we get it!

Ross HughesSince my mother sat me down at the age of five years of age and watched a little called Halloween, I have been hooked on horror. There is no other genre that gets me excited and takes me to the edge of entertainment. I watch everything from old, new, to cheap and blockbusters, but I promise all my readers that I will always give an honest opinion, and I hope whoever reads this review section, will find a film that they too can love as much as I do! Have fun reading, and please DO HAVE NIGHTMARES!!!!!!
