Batman: The return of the caped crusaders

Before Batman became The Dark Knight, before the age of Tim Burton, Christopher Nolan and Zack Snyder, the man and his boy wonder were known as The Caped Crusaders.

Adam West and Burt Ward wore the tights and the whole adventure was as light and as camp which fans loved.   Our heroes fought off a horde of villains thanks to a crazy bat dance and when faced with the terror of a rubber shark, thankfully they had an amazing use of a Shark repellent.

If you have missed those crazy days, then scream out loud as the duo are back in a whole new adventure.

“It’s back to the 1960s as Batman and Robin spring into action when Gotham City is threatened by a quartet of Batman’s most fiendish foes – Penguin, The Joker, Riddler and Catwoman. This time, the four Super-Villains have combined their wicked talents to hatch a plot so nefarious that the Dynamic Duo will need to go to outer space (and back) to foil their arch enemies and restore order in Gotham City. It’s a truly fantastic adventure that will pit good against evil, good against good, evil against evil … ”

Both West and Ward are lending their voices along with Julie Newmar (Catwoman) and here is the glorious trailer to get you in the mood.

The film is out for release on digital download on October 11th 2016:

Ross HughesSince my mother sat me down at the age of five years of age and watched a little called Halloween, I have been hooked on horror. There is no other genre that gets me excited and takes me to the edge of entertainment. I watch everything from old, new, to cheap and blockbusters, but I promise all my readers that I will always give an honest opinion, and I hope whoever reads this review section, will find a film that they too can love as much as I do! Have fun reading, and please DO HAVE NIGHTMARES!!!!!!
