With the recent trend of much loved TV Shows returning, it seems that The X Files is the one that can be considered the big success.  24: Legacy looks like it failed to grab new and old fans, while Prison Break, started off strong but last week’s episode was met with a few grumbles as it more or less looked like a Season 4 quality than its original classic run.

The X Files though was released with much critical acclaim, not only gaining love for fans who have waited for it to return, but also grabbing a few new ones and since the last episode was shown, FOX have been desperate to get the whole team together once more for what would be an amazing eleventh season.

Well good news, its happening!

Creator Chris Carter and the two stars Gillian Anderson and David Duchovny have all signed on for a further 10 episodes which will delight fans all over the world!

Fox Broadcasting Company president David Madden made this statement to confirm the news!

“Iconic characters, rich storytelling, bold creators – these are the hallmarks of great TV shows. And they are some of the reasons why The X-Files has had such a profound impact on millions of fans worldwide.

“Chris’ creativity, along with the brilliant work of David and Gillian, continue to propel this pop culture phenomenon, and we can’t wait to see what fresh mysteries Mulder and Scully uncover in this next chapter of The X-Files.”

A TV Start date is yet to be announced!

There is no other genre that gets me excited and takes me to the edge of entertainment. I watch everything from old, new, to cheap and blockbusters, but I promise all my readers that I will always give an honest opinion, and I hope whoever reads this review section, will find a film that they too can love as much as I do! Have fun reading, and please DO HAVE NIGHTMARES!!!!!!
