Daniel Mark Young’s Short Film WEREHOUSE Hits Kickstarter

Viral Films UK have launched a Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign for their latest short film WEREHOUSE.

Directed by Daniel Mark Young and penned by writer Jamies Cragie, WEREHOUSE will be a black and white (and red!) 15 minutes short film shot in Chelmsford, Essex, starring Amy Tyger, Harriet Rees, Oliver Roy and Derek Nelson.

When a peaceful demonstration turns to violence in the streets, a trio of students seek shelter in a nearby warehouse. But they soon realise it was safer outside when coming face-to-face with the lycanthropic occupant…

Having brought previous shorts RUN and FOR HER to the horror scene, Viral Films UK have experience under their belt to bring this lycanthropic tale to fruition. All they need is £4500 and that is where you come in!

For £5 you can bag yourself a digital copy of the film or if you’re feeling a bit more generous you can get copies of the previous shorts, your name credited on the end of the film, poster, DVD/Bluray and much more. The more you pledge, the better the reward!

The team have already gained the support to the tune of £1001 at time of writing with 27 days to go so if you’re looking to back some promising filmmakers, pledge to Werehouse today before 1st April 2018.

I love prosthetic effects, stop-motion animation and gore, but most of all I love a good story! I adore B-movies and exploitation films in many of their guises and also have a soft spot for creature features. I review a wide range of media including movies, TV series, books and videogames. I'm a massive fan of author Hunter S. Thompson and I enjoy various genre of videogames with Kingdom Hearts and Harvest Moon two of my all time favs. Currently playing: Kingdom Come: Deliverance
