Buried director’s latest movie called Red Lights goes all paranormal to scare us

Director Rodrigo Cortes showed he had balls and highly original ideas after shoving poor old Ryan Reynolds in a box for 90 minutes, and forcing his audience to join him. Buried was one of the finest thrillers of last year, and was a cracking debut. Now the Spanish director returns, and this time he is going all spooky on us, with a paranormal twist!

With an cast of A-listers, including Robert De Niro, Cillian Murphy, Sigourney Weaver, Joely Richardson, Elizabeth Olsen and Toby Jones, Cortes could indeed be even more successful with Red Lights. Weaver plays a psychologist whose studies leads to her to a world famous psyhic, played by Robert De Niro. But its paranormal activities that Weaver is studying, and with her assistant aong for the ride, things go all bump-in-the-night for them!

The film is set for a 2012 release.
