Neeson will find them, and kill them again in Taken 2!

After much speculation and wanting to finish Clash of the Titans sequel Wrath of the Titans, Liam Neeson has finally signed on to star in Luc Besson’s sequel to the incredibly popular Taken. When it was unclear if Neeson would return Besson had a number of replacements including Ray Winstone, Sean Bean, Mickey Rourke, Ralph Fiennes and Jason Isaacs, but thankfully Neeson is now on board.

No news yet of any plot details but filming is due to start early next year, with Olivier Megaton (Transporter 3) set to direct and Robert Mark Kamen on writing duties.

A keen enthusiast and collector of all horror and extreme films. I can be picky as i like quality in my horror. This doesn't necessarily mean it has to be a classic, but as long as it has something to impress me then i'm a fan. I watch films by the rule that if it doesn't bring out some kind of emotive response then it aint worth watching.

  1. YESSS! Really enjoyed the first one. Though I hope Oliver Megatron doesn’t screw it up with his too-fast cutting like he did Transporter 3!
