Silent Hill: Revelation. Look!! It’s Pyramid Head!!!

Another official still from the eagerly anticipated Silent Hill: Revelation 3D has arrived, and it features none other than Pyramid Head himself! The picture may be slightly blurry, and there is a lot going on, but that is most definitely Pyramid Head amongst all that nasty looking stuff.

I have covered the fact that Sean Bean, Radha Mitchell and Deborah Kara Unger are returning to join Carrie-Anne Moss, Malcolm McDowell, Adelaide Clemens and Kit Harington. I have also already spoke of the director Michael J Bassett. And i have also told you about the plot, but in case you missed it, here it is again:

Heather (Clemens) and her Father (Bean) have been on the run from dangerous forces for a long time. On the eve of Heather’s 18th birthday, her Father disappears and her nightmares get worse. She soon gets drawn deeper and deeper into Silent Hill as she comes to realise exactly who she is.

It sounds spooky stuff, but I am just over the moon at seeing this brand new still appear online. Take a look, enjoy!!

A keen enthusiast and collector of all horror and extreme films. I can be picky as i like quality in my horror. This doesn't necessarily mean it has to be a classic, but as long as it has something to impress me then i'm a fan. I watch films by the rule that if it doesn't bring out some kind of emotive response then it aint worth watching.

  1. Critically it wasn’t received very well but there was something I really enjoyed about Silent Hill. The cast was solid and the creature effects were great. But for me Pyramid Had was the highlight. They used him so sparingly but he was a right nasty and evil looking fecker.

    • Agree with you there, David. It stayed true to the game in which Pyramid is hardly seen. That’s what makes it so special when you see him bending over a mannequin over the kitchen worktop.

  4. Totally agree too, quite often less is better and too much of Pyramid Head would have watered down the effect. Great to see him back in the sequel mind
