Any Batman fan worth their love of the franchise will tell you that Mask Of The Phantasm is the best ever story of the Dark Knight ever to hit the big screen. I for one are one of the thousands who love the Nolan Adaption’s but they do not hold a candle to that quite fantastic toon, and while the world awaits for the third film, fans are waiting for Autumn for the day this new toon is released.
This, an adaption of the infamous novel by Frank Miller was originally going to be a feature film directed by Darren Aronofsky has gone down the route of cartoon and as you can see by the trailer, it looks great, but it does need to be extra special if its going to beat Phantasm and the review will be up here soon as we get a copy here at HCF.
BATMAN: YEAR ONE is due out in October and its directed by Sam Liu and Lauren Montgomery……
