New Rise of the Planet of the Apes viral shows innocent ape playing with an AK-47

20th Century Fox have very cleverly released a new viral video to promote their Summer Blockbuster, Rise of the Planet of the Apes. There has been an awful lot of promotion going on with trailers, clips and images, but this new short video is actually one of the creepiest to arrive. Watch as a group of West Africa soldiers have some fun with what looks like an innocent ape. That is, until the ape gets hold of the weapon and shows he actually possesses some frightening skills, and finally relishes in his outburst. It paints a disturbing picture as to how dangerous these animals have become.

A keen enthusiast and collector of all horror and extreme films. I can be picky as i like quality in my horror. This doesn't necessarily mean it has to be a classic, but as long as it has something to impress me then i'm a fan. I watch films by the rule that if it doesn't bring out some kind of emotive response then it aint worth watching.
