Nicholas Cage and John Cusack last shared the screen in the over the top but brilliant Con Air, and the two are in talks to share the screen again in a new serial killer film being directed by Scott Walker. Walker penned the script and this will mark his directorial debut.
The film is based on actual events which took place in Alaska and tells the story of Robert Hansen, Alaska’s most notorious serial predator. Cusack is in talks to play Hansen, a respected family man who spent 12 years abducting women and taking them to the woods to hunt as prey. Cage is in talks to play a dedicated state trooper who will stop at nothing to find his man.
Sounds like an interesting concept, so if the pair do sign up for the movie, it could well be a good one! More on this as it develops.
