MORE RE-MAKE NEWS: AMY ADAMS TIPPED FOR THE ORPHANAGE

And the re-makes just keep on coming!……

Fresh from the Oldboy news, tonight there are strong rumours that the planned re-make of the Spanish ghost flick The Orphanage has got its leading lady.

Enchanted beauty and the next Lois Lane Amy Adams is the name doing the rounds and even though she has not signed anything official, Bloody Disgusting have got it on good authority that talks have been made between the in demand actress and New Line Studio!

Mark Pellington the helmer behind The Mothman Prophecies and Arlington Road is the man with the job of bringing the same scares and chills to this American re-make that the Guillermo del Toro produced original had in spades and while once again like always, many horror fans will see this as a pointless task, The Orphanage Mark II will hit our screens sometime in the year 2013.

Since my mother sat me down at the age of five years of age and watched a little called Halloween, I have been hooked on horror. There is no other genre that gets me excited and takes me to the edge of entertainment. I watch everything from old, new, to cheap and blockbusters, but I promise all my readers that I will always give an honest opinion, and I hope whoever reads this review section, will find a film that they too can love as much as I do! Have fun reading, and please DO HAVE NIGHTMARES!!!!!!

  1. The Orphanage is yet another great movie that can’t really be improved on much and certainly doesn’t need a remake…..BUT…….it’s got a good director and better still Amy Adams, whose being in a film immediately raises it by a few stars 😉
