Valentino 'The Doctor' Rossi opens up the throttle in new documentary FASTEST – out now!

Directed by Mark Neale, ‘FASTEST’ captures a pivotal moment in the sport of motorcycle racing. Chasing his tenth world MotoGP champion title, the legendary Valentino Rossi, known as The Doctor and G.O.A.T (Greatest of All Time), runs into the toughest challenge of his life: a wave of ferociously fast young riders, a horrific, leg-shattering crash at the Italian grand prix, an agonizing comeback forty-one days later in Germany, and the question every rider – even the greatest of all time – must face.

As a motorcycling fan and a fan of Rossi’s, this looks to please every motorcycle enthusiast out there. Narrated by actor and biker Ewan McGregor, the film documents how in 2010, Rossi had to suddenly contend with a wave of talented, fast riders in the form of Jorge Lorenzo and Marco Simoncelli in addition to his familiar adversaries, Casey Stoner and Dani Pedrosa.

The documentary is in cinemas now and you can catch a glimpse of what to expect by watching the trailer below.

I love practical effects, stop-motion animation and gore, but most of all I love a good story! I adore B-movies and exploitation films in many of their guises and also have a soft spot for creature features. I review a wide range of media including movies, TV series, books and videogames. I'm a massive fan of author Hunter S. Thompson and I enjoy various genre of videogames with Kingdom Hearts and Harvest Moon two of my all time favs. Currently playing: The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings, Yakuza Zero and Webbed.
