Watch Jason Statham doing what he does best in these three clips from ‘Killer Elite’

Killer Elite, directed by Gary McKendry, looks simply awesome, no other words can describe it. If you have already seen the international trailer, which we showed you right here a few months back, then you will know what to expect. Jason Statham doing his usual British hard bastard role with a cheeky temper, and Clive Owen loving every moment of also playing a hard bastard with a less than approachable manner. And if it couldn’t get any better, living legend Robert De Niro continues to ditch the comedy (good move!) and play, wait for it, a retired hard bastard! They are all hard bastards, all hitmen, and all out to kill each other, sort of. It is Statham and De Niro against Owen and, believe it or not, this is based on actual events!

Since the trailer was so bloody good, I have also included it here for your viewing pleasure, and the two clips come before it and they are fantastic clips I must say. Killer Elite arrives in UK cinemas September 23rd so get that marked on your calender, this is gonna be the ultimate Friday night cinema visit, pure adrenalin pumped, tough guy madness with three of the finest actors in the business for this type of film.

Based on a true story, Killer Elite pits two of the worlds’ most elite operatives – Danny, an ex-special ops agent (Statham) and Hunter, his longtime mentor (De Niro) – against the cunning leader of a secret military society (Owen ). Covering the globe from Australia to Paris, London and the Middle East, Danny and Hunter are plunged into a highly dangerous game of cat and mouse – where the predators become the prey.

A keen enthusiast and collector of all horror and extreme films. I can be picky as i like quality in my horror. This doesn't necessarily mean it has to be a classic, but as long as it has something to impress me then i'm a fan. I watch films by the rule that if it doesn't bring out some kind of emotive response then it aint worth watching.
