Amy Smart in talks to board the Grudge director’s doomed ‘Flight 7500’

The Grudge director Takashi Shimizu is set to make a chiller on board a plane for CBS Films. We brought news of this a while ago, when the film was originally titled Flight 7500, however it has now been oddly renamed simply 7500.

The good news is this, Bloody Disgusting got exclusive word that the gorgeous Amy Smart is in talks to star in the film as a passenger on the flight. Now, don’t get me wrong but the Grudge director making a scary film based on a plane is good enough, but with the added bonus of some eye candy like Amy involved, well, that film is now officially worth looking forward to!

Ryan Kwanten, of True Blood, is also in discussions to appear in the film which is being produced by Taka Ichise (The Grudge) and Roy Lee (The Ring, The Departed). Shimizu came up with the idea for the film in which passengers on a flight from L.A to Tokyo experience a supernatural force onboard.

A keen enthusiast and collector of all horror and extreme films. I can be picky as i like quality in my horror. This doesn't necessarily mean it has to be a classic, but as long as it has something to impress me then i'm a fan. I watch films by the rule that if it doesn't bring out some kind of emotive response then it aint worth watching.
