The Adventures of Tintin: The Secret of the Unicorn is shaping up to be one Hell of a movie experience, and the arrival of the film in UK cinemas on 26th October cannot come soon enough. Director Steven Spielberg and producer Peter Jackson appear to have done a truly outstanding job at re-creating Herge’s iconic character.
The cast of voices is mighty impressive too, with Jamie Bell voiceing Tintin, Daniel Craig (Ivanovich Sakharine), Simon Pegg and Nick Frost (The Thompson Twins), And Serkis (Captain Haddock) alongside Cary Elwes, Toby Jones and Mackenzie Crook. A brand new trailer has been exclusively revealed by MSN and it is superb, featuring tons more action and a hell of a lot of footage not seen before. This really does look stunning.
Synopsis:
The film is based on three of the Tintin stories, and the title of the film is The Secret of the Unicorn. The plot will see Tintin and his trusted dog Snowy head off on an adventure for sunken treasure. Along for the ride will be Captain Haddock and the Thompson Twins, however, as with all Tintin stories there is danger ahead! The sunken treasure actually belonged to 17th century pirate Red Rackham.
