MGM to deliver Adam Green’s ‘Killer Pizza’

Hatchet director Adam Green is a busy man, already working on Hatchet 3 and currently filming a documentary called Digging up the Marrow, he is also producing TV series Holliston and now is looking for a distributor for his latest film, Killer Pizza.

According to Deadline, MGM are in talks to pick up Green’s script, which is an adaptation of the Greg Taylor book of the same name. 1492 Pictures and CJ Entertainment are looking to produce with Rafaella De Laurentiis, and it was 1492’s Chris Columbus who brought the idea to MGM after a sense they were looking for some good old fashioned Goonies come Gremlins style of horror, and Killer Pizza is the perfect film for that.

A 14-year-old kid lands a summer job at a pizzeria that is secretly a front for a monster-hunting organization.

A keen enthusiast and collector of all horror and extreme films. I can be picky as i like quality in my horror. This doesn't necessarily mean it has to be a classic, but as long as it has something to impress me then i'm a fan. I watch films by the rule that if it doesn't bring out some kind of emotive response then it aint worth watching.
