New images (with Gary Busey in action!) and full plot details revealed at AFM for ‘Piranha 3DD’

The American Film Market is now officially underway, so expect a mountain of news to come flooding in. We will do our best to filter out the crap and bring you the best of the best, and here is quite possibly THE best bit of news so far! Not only have the makers of Piranha 3DD finally revealed a full plot synopsis, they have released FOUR new images from the film and one of those images features the legend that is Gary Busey in action, a picture well worth getting up early for!!! There is also a picture of The Hoff, Ving Rhames in a spot of bother, and a bikini clad girl having some issues. Great stuff, now give us a bloody release date!!

Piranha 3DD is directed by John Gulager (Feast trilogy) and has been written by Marcus Dunstan and Patrick Melton. The cast is very impressive indeed, with the gorgeous Katrina Bowden leading the way, and she will be joined by Danielle Panabaker, Chris Zylka, Gary Busey, David Hasselhoff and David Koechner. Ving Rhames and Christopher Lloyd will also be reprising their roles.

Having awoken from their spring break extravaganza at Lake Victoria, the swarm heads upstream where they look to make a meal out of Big Wet, a local water park where when it comes to fun, nobody does it wetter! Thought they came to get wet, get loaded and get some, the staff and patrons get more than they bargained for when they must face the fiercest, most bloodthirsty piranhas yet. Lead by the strong-willed, studious Maddy and her friends, Barry and Kyle, the trio must dive in and take on these man-eating creatures using every ounce of their being … but can they be stopped?

A keen enthusiast and collector of all horror and extreme films. I can be picky as i like quality in my horror. This doesn't necessarily mean it has to be a classic, but as long as it has something to impress me then i'm a fan. I watch films by the rule that if it doesn't bring out some kind of emotive response then it aint worth watching.
