I make no apologies, I know Radha Mitchell is the main focus of this story, and that the headline picture should be the latest hot picture of the stunning actress I can find, but I cleverly worded the headline so that I could include the above picture. There are a zillion pictures of Nicolas Caage looking stark raving mad, but this one is just the funniest thing I have seen in ages, and I have been desperate to find a news story worthy of using this picture again. However, don’t panic, there will be a rather pleasant picture of Radha Mitchell at the bottom of this post!
The story here is very simple, Radha Mitchell has joined the cast of Scott Walker’s The Frozen Ground, a dark and unsettling true story based on a vicious serial killer in Alaska. John Cusack, Curtis ’50 Cent’ Jackson, Vanessa Hudgens and Dean Norris are all set to star in the film also written by Walker. Mitchell is set to play the wife of the detective, who is played by Nic Cage. The film is scheduled for a release December 2012.
Synopsis:
Based on actual events, an Alaska State Trooper partners with a young woman who escaped the clutches of serial killer Robert Hansen to bring the murderer to justice.
