We brought you the teaser trailer for the new Guy Pearce sci-fi thriller Lockout a week or so ago, and today we have an update on the rather awesome looking film. It is no longer called Lockout, you may now call it MS One: Maximum Security! To be honest I preferred the original title, but hey, the film itself looks amazing, and a brand new trailer has surface which will totally blow your mind.
Guy Pearce would appear to handle the hero role very well indeed, in fact, he looks perfect for the role. The film is directed by James Mather and Stephen St Leger, and Luc Besson produces and helped out writing the film with the directors. Already being dubbed Taken in space, whatever they decide to call this, I call it awesome, and it is sitting nicely in my 2012 Must-See list.
Lock Out will break into UK cinemas 13th April 2012.
A man wrongly convicted of conspiracy to commit espionage against the U.S. is offered his freedom if he can rescue the president’s daughter from an outer space prison taken over by violent inmates.
