Finally, a teaser trailer has arrived for French monster horror ‘Dead Shadows’

Generally, when the French get it right, they REALLY get it right, and I have extremely high hopes for Dead Shadows. Directed by David Cholewa, the sci-fi horror involving comets and monsters has finally released a teaser trailer. I feel like I have been waiting for an eternity to see a trailer, and now it has landed, I couldn’t be happier, and it doesn’t disappoint.

The film is due for release at some point this year, and we will be tracking this so keep it here for further news. I really can’t wait for this, and not only has a new teaser trailer been revealed, but also a new poster. Now, it may look suspiciously like the first poster, but look closely, there are monsters in the mist which weren’t there before!

The film stars John Fallon, Norbert Ferrer, Rurik Salle and Baya Rehaz. The film was written by Jule Vincent.

Dead Shadows tells the terrifying story about a young man, Chris, whose parents were brutally killed 11 years ago, on the same day that the comet of Haley could be seen from earth. Tonight, a new comet is going to appear and everyone in his building are getting ready for a party to celebrate the event. There’s even an apocalypse theory going around. As the night falls, Chris starts to discover that people are acting strange – and it seems to somehow be connected to the comet. People are becoming disoriented and violent and it doesn’t take long before they start mutating into something from beyond this world. In a fight for survival, Chris has to try to escape from his building with the help from some other tenants – but will they make it out alive?

A keen enthusiast and collector of all horror and extreme films. I can be picky as i like quality in my horror. This doesn't necessarily mean it has to be a classic, but as long as it has something to impress me then i'm a fan. I watch films by the rule that if it doesn't bring out some kind of emotive response then it aint worth watching.
