We may have a long wait for the next season of Doctor Who (Autumn to be precise) but we do have some news for you regarding the show and with filming set for the next few weeks, the BBC have announced two writers who are returning to the show!
Being Human creator Toby Whithouse is lined up to write the third episode of the new run while Chris Chibnall is returning to the show after writing The Hungry Earth and Cold Blood a while back!
Of course we can give you no info of what the episodes are going to be about but with the new season promising death and sadness, all WHO fans are waiting with eager breath.
Show Boss Steven Moffat had this to say:
‘s 50th anniversary is coming. In Cardiff, we’re gearing up for the biggest, the best and the most ambitious season we’ve ever made. There will be shocks, surprises and heartbreak – the Doctor is about to say goodbye to his very best friends, Amy and Rory.
And then he’s about to say hello to someone very different – the Doctor is going to meet someone very new in the very last place he could ever have expected…”
