Lets be honest the talk of an all new Buffy film or even TV show should fill us with a joy like never before.
Buffy The Vampire Slayer is one of the greatest TV Shows ever to be made and has a worldwide acclaim from critics and fans alike, so when Warner Bros announced plans to redo the world of the Slayer there were many gasps, especially when we were told that creator and basically the man who made it all happen, Joss Wheldon will have no involvement in the new imagination.
Well the news hit fans hard and there as been a severe backlash from everyone, including the original stars who have all said “its simply a wrong idea”. But sadly while its all gone quiet, there are still plans to push ths ahead and now behind the hit film Cabin In The Woods, Wheldon was asked about the Buffy stance and he admitted he had a few “grumbles”
Everybody grumbles. I basically say it’s out of my control, so if they do it I hope they do it well.”
Digital Spy also asked him is at all possible that Sarah Michelle Geller and the original cast could come back for one last glimpse!
“I can imagine it, they’re all still really good at acting.
“I feel that way about most of the things I’ve done. If I have a talent it’s for finding really, really extraordinary ensembles and they’re all very dear to me.”
