‘The Raid: Redemption’, official UK trailer and quad poster revealed!! Check out the madness here!!!

With just over a month to go before Gareth Evans’ The Raid: Redemption hits the UK, I can barely contain myself! Each and every clip, trailer and image just has me close to jumping up and down like an idiot in anticipation of this stunning looking film. I have read a number of reviews from those lucky enough to have seen it, and I have not read one bad word, not one! This is truly going to be one of the years best films, mark my words!

In preparation for its UK release on 18th May, Momentum have released a staggering UK  trailer which will quite simply blow your mind. Also a UK quad poster has also been revealed, and both have many quotes from the huge amount of praise this film has been getting. Check out both the trailer and poster at the bottom of this post!

Directed by Gareth Evans (Merantau), The Raid: Redemption stars Iko Uwais, Ananda George and Ray Sahetapy. UK cinemas will find the film smashing through their auditoriums from 18th May.

Deep in the heart of Jakarta’s slums lies an impenetrable safe house for the world’s most dangerous killers and gangsters. Until now, the rundown apartment block has been considered untouchable to even the bravest of police. Cloaked under the cover of pre-dawn darkness and silence, an elite swat team is tasked with raiding the safe house in order to take down the notorious drug lord that runs it. But when a chance encounter with a spotter blows their cover and news of their assault reaches the drug lord, the building’s lights are cut and all the exits blocked. Stranded on the 6th floor with no way out, the unit must fight their way through the city’s worst to survive their mission. Director Gareth Evans (Merantau) and rising martial- arts star Iko Uwais reunite in this adrenaline-fueled action film.
