Finally ‘The Dictator’ looks funny as second trailer lands, and some new images have been released

I have been really struggling to find anything funny in Sacha Baron Cohen’s latest comedy, The Dictator. The only scene which has stood out so far has been the fake Olympics race where he shoots his competition.

Well, thankfully all that has now changed, and even though I am a bit late in finding this trailer, it is better late than never (as they say). Check out the second trailer for the film, but be warned, it is absolutely hilarious and just might make you spill your coffee! Also included here are a number of new images from the film which feature Cohen himself, but also some images of Megan Fox, John C. Reilly, Sir Ben Kingsley and Anna Faris.

Larry Charles directs, and Sacha Baron Cohen both writes and stars in the film as Admiral General Aladeen. Other names included in the cast are Megan Fox, Anna Faris, Ben Kingsley, John C. Reilly and B.J. Novak.

The Dictator arrives in UK cinemas 16th May. Check out all our previous stories here.

Synopsis:

The heroic story of a dictator who risks his life to ensure that democracy would never come to the country he so lovingly oppressed.

A keen enthusiast and collector of all horror and extreme films. I can be picky as i like quality in my horror. This doesn't necessarily mean it has to be a classic, but as long as it has something to impress me then i'm a fan. I watch films by the rule that if it doesn't bring out some kind of emotive response then it aint worth watching.
