LATEST TV NEWS: Could LOST be set for dramatic return?

How this for a turn up for the books…..

Lost co-creator Damon Lindelof has claimed that the show will eventually return in some form. Yes guys you did read that right and while it tingles me with excitement because I do miss every bit of that Island, so far this is just a bit of a conversation he had at the Variety‘s Entertainment & Technology Summit.

“It’s been two years since the show ended and we told the story we wanted to tell, However I do feel like the world has not seen the end of Lost but I’m not going to have any involvement.”

So could this mean a kind of Star Trek The Next Generation kind of thing? Who knows…..but Lindelof confirmed that he would be happy for a new production team to oversee a Lost continuation.

“It would be hypocritical for me to say I’m going to [reboot] Star Trek but I don’t want anyone to touch Lost,” he said.

Hmmm……….is this the first hint of a path developing for a brand new show? We wait and see!

Since my mother sat me down at the age of five years of age and watched a little called Halloween, I have been hooked on horror. There is no other genre that gets me excited and takes me to the edge of entertainment. I watch everything from old, new, to cheap and blockbusters, but I promise all my readers that I will always give an honest opinion, and I hope whoever reads this review section, will find a film that they too can love as much as I do! Have fun reading, and please DO HAVE NIGHTMARES!!!!!!

  1. Why? As interesting as it would be to see what happens, no doubt another hapless lot ending up on the island (but all the characters had a coincidental history connecting them all to it), all that we went through for how many seasons, would feel like it was for nothing. I loved the final episode (I got up at 4/5 in the morning to watch it!) and thought it had a tremendous impact.

(Although did feel some stuff was left unexplained.)
