Thrilling, chilling and truly amazing first trailer invades your screens for British thriller ‘Tower Block’





Tower Block played at last weekends Frightfest, and is due to debut in the US at Fantastic Fest, and the hype surrounding the intensely dark thriller is staggering. Check out some of the quotes in this truly amazing trailer below, and get yourself hyped for what could be this years Eden Lake, but on a much bigger scale.

The trailer in intense, and features some terrific scenes with a cast that all look like they are handling their jobs perfectly. Jack O’Connel (Eden Lake) looks particularly chilling when he appears on camera. Tower Block arrives in UK cinemas on 21st September, so its best you mark that date in your diaries!

Tower Block is directed by James Nunn (F) and Ronnie Thompson, and the screenplay has been written by James Moran (Cockneys vs Zombies). The cast includes Jack O’Connel, Sheridan Smith, Ralph Brown and Russell Tovey.

Synopsis:

Hear no evil, speak no evil, see no evil. When Jimmy is brutally murdered by two hooded figures, Becky, Kurtis, Neville, and the other residents of the Serenity House tower block are witnesses to the killing but, fearing retribution, are too scared to give detectives any information; and the police investigation is going nowhere.

One year later someone has decided to take justice into their own hands. Picked off one by one, the tenants of Serenity House are under threat from a mystery sniper who has set deadly traps throughout the building, keeping them prisoners in their own homes.

Unsure of why they have been targeted, the group put their differences aside and undertake daring attempts to escape the building. But with every exit leading to another death, will they ever escape?
