A couple of frightening new clips revealed for ‘House at the End of the Street’

Two new clips have arrived for the intriguing new horror, House at the End of the Street, and we have them both here for you to enjoy! The first clip is impressively creepy as Jennifer Lawrence searches around in the dark with just a torch which keeps cutting out. It looks to be using all those vintage horror moments, so I am hoping the makers can pull off something very good. The second clip shows Lawrence getting into the car with her creepy neighbour, and saying something a little unexpected.

Directed by Mark Tonderai and written by David Loucka and Jonathan Mostow, the film stars Jennifer Lawrence, Elisabeth Shue, Max Thieriot and Gil Bellows. The horror is due to arrive in US and UK cinemas 21st September.

Synopsis:

Seeking a fresh start, newly divorced Sarah (Oscar(R)-nominee Elisabeth Shue; Leaving Las Vegas, Piranha 3D) and her daughter Elissa (Oscar(R)-nominee Jennifer Lawrence; X-Men: First Class, Winter’s Bone) find the house of their dreams in a small, upscale, rural town. But when startling and unexplainable events begin to happen, Sarah and Elissa learn the town is in the shadows of a chilling secret. Years earlier, in the house next door, a daughter killed her parents in their beds, and disappeared – leaving only a brother, Ryan (Max Thieriot, My Soul to Take), as the sole survivor. Against Sarah’s wishes, Elissa begins a relationship with the reclusive Ryan – and the closer they get, the deeper they’re all pulled into a mystery more dangerous than they ever imagined.

A keen enthusiast and collector of all horror and extreme films. I can be picky as i like quality in my horror. This doesn't necessarily mean it has to be a classic, but as long as it has something to impress me then i'm a fan. I watch films by the rule that if it doesn't bring out some kind of emotive response then it aint worth watching.
