Chris bullies his way to Dingly Dell in hilarious new ‘Sightseers’ clip

The latest clip has arrived for Kill List director Ben Wheatley’s dark comedy, Sightseers, and it is hilarious. We have already seen part of this clip on the trailers, but seeing the full scene shows off just how much fun this film intends to be.

In the clip Tina is writing home about her trip with Chris, and the pair get excited about a particular spot at a caravan park. Seeing someone already heading for the area, Chris decides to take drastic action, with hilarious results. Check out the clip at the bottom of this post.

Directed by Ben Wheatley, Sightseers was written by Steve Oram and Alice Lowe, who both star in the ultra dark comedy. Studio Canal will handle distribution here in the UK, and the film lands in UK cinemas on 30th November.

Chris (Steve Oram) wants to show Tina (Alice Lowe) his world, and he wants to do it his way – on a journey through the British Isles in his beloved Abbey Oxford Caravan. Tina’s led a sheltered life, and there are things that Chris needs her to see – the Crich Tramway Museum, the Ribblehead Viaduct, the Keswick Pencil Museum and the rolling countryside that separates these wonders in his life. But it doesn’t take long for the dream to fade. Litterbugs, noisy teenagers and pre-booked caravan sites, not to mention Tina’s meddling mother, soon conspire to shatter Chris’ dreams and send him, and anyone who rubs him up the wrong way, over a very jagged edge…

A keen enthusiast and collector of all horror and extreme films. I can be picky as i like quality in my horror. This doesn't necessarily mean it has to be a classic, but as long as it has something to impress me then i'm a fan. I watch films by the rule that if it doesn't bring out some kind of emotive response then it aint worth watching.
