First footage and images of Blair Witch director Eduardo Sanchez’ Bigfoot horror, ‘Exists’

A Facebook page has been spotted for The Blair Witch Project director’s latest tale of terror, the found footage Bigfoot horror Exists. Some images have been revealed, plus a CBS News report on Bigfoot and how film makers and fans are still fascinated by the legend. Check out the video and images below, and once you get to 3:26 on the video you will see the first footage from Exists.

Sanchez also directed this years exceptional horror, Lovely Molly (review) so the director is on top form right now.

Exists is a found footage horror directed by Eduardo Sanchez and written by Jamie Nash (Lovely Molly, Seventh Moon, Altered, S-VHS). The film stars Dora Madison Burge, Samuel Davis, Roger Edwards, Chris Osborn and Denise Williamson.

The film was shot on location just outside Austin, Texas at Spiderwood studios. Producers are Robin Cowie, Jane Fleming, Andy Jenkins, and Mark Ordesky with Gregg Hale and Reed Frerichs exec producing. Haxan Films and Amber Entertainment are handling the release of the film.

Back in June 2011, Sanchez had this to say:

“The film is the first in a trilogy exploring and reinventing the Bigfoot myth,” Sanchez said. “We all remember the terror of watching such classics as ‘The Legend of Boggy Creek,’ and I look forward to making Bigfoot scary again.
