Take your soy sauce and enjoy this awesome red band trailer for Don Coscarelli’s ‘John Dies At The End’

A brilliant new red band trailer has arrived for Don Cascarelli’s (Buba Ho-Tep, Phantasm) awesome new twisted horror, John Dies at the End. In the film, John and David take the new drug Soy Sauce, and the cool new high promises an out of body experience. However, John and David get much more than they bargained for!

The film is filled with gore, violence, topless ladies wearing weird masks, bugs, monsters and creatures made out of frozen piece of meat! Does that sound crazy enough for you? Well, even better, it has Paul Giamatti in it too, and the new red band trailer shows off a huge amount of good stuff we can expect to see. Check out the awesome new trailer below, but just remember not to spoil the ending!

John Dies at the End is directed and co-written by Don Coscarelli along with David Wong, and stars Chase Williamson, Rob Mayes, Paul Giamatti and Clancy Brown. The film will arrive in the US on VOD from 27th December, and then it will land in cinemas from 3rd February 2013. There are no UK dates as yet.

It’s a drug that promises an out-of-body experience with each hit. On the street they call it Soy Sauce, and users drift across time and dimensions. But some who come back are no longer human. Suddenly a silent otherworldly invasion is underway, and mankind needs a hero. What it gets instead is John and David, a pair of college dropouts who can barely hold down jobs. Can these two stop the oncoming horror in time to save humanity? No. No, they can’t.

A keen enthusiast and collector of all horror and extreme films. I can be picky as i like quality in my horror. This doesn't necessarily mean it has to be a classic, but as long as it has something to impress me then i'm a fan. I watch films by the rule that if it doesn't bring out some kind of emotive response then it aint worth watching.
