TV: Fringe series finale happens this Friday, and a new TV spot and freaky new poster revealed!

As they say, all good things must come to an end, and sadly Fringe will air its season finale this Friday. I say sadly because I don’t want to see the show finish, but I also share this news with huge anticipation as to how it will all come together.

Fringe has been a truly remarkable series, and while it had some ups and downs and at times didn’t quite hit the mark, as a whole the series has been truly amazing. Seeing Walter, Peter and Olivia on a regular basis has become almost a habit, and they will certainly be missed. However, they have not gone yet, and Fox has revealed a brand new TV promo and a stunning and freakish poster to celebrate the grand finale. How will it all end?

A spoilery synopsis (if you have not been keeping up!) has also been revealed:

The acclaimed series that has explored the human condition through the prism of parallel universes, unexplainable phenomena and unimaginable threats, reaches a milestone 100th episode and comes to an epic and climatic conclusion. First, the Fringe team engages a desperate plan as Olivia embarks on a dangerous and otherworldly journey into the unknown. Then, Peter, Olivia, Walter, Astrid and Broyles face off against the Observers in one final and extraordinary battle for the fate of mankind. The five-season saga comes to an epic and emotional end in the special two-hour “Liberty/An Enemy of Fate” series finale episode of FRINGE airing Friday, January 18th on FOX.

A keen enthusiast and collector of all horror and extreme films. I can be picky as i like quality in my horror. This doesn't necessarily mean it has to be a classic, but as long as it has something to impress me then i'm a fan. I watch films by the rule that if it doesn't bring out some kind of emotive response then it aint worth watching.
