Just a few days ago we reported on how the cast of Ryan Gosling’s directorial debut, How To Catch A Monster, was hotting up with Eva Mendes joining the cast as “Cat,” a prominent figire of the Big Bad Wolf Club. We also learned that Rob Zabrecky was joining as a cab driver.
The pair were joining an already cast Christina Hendricks as a single mother “swept into a macabre and dark fantasy underworld while her teenage son discovers a secret road leading to an underwater town.”
Now it has been confirmed that Dr Who actor Matt Smith has also joined the cast as the male lead, although it has not been made clear exactly how he fits in to the story.
Marc Platt and Adam Siegel will produce the film along with Gosling, Michel Litvak and David Lancaster.
