A dazzling new Man of Steel trailer has literally just arrived on-line, and it is quite simply breathtaking. Running at no less than three minutes long, the trailer pretty much covers all the brilliance we are expecting from Zack Snyder’s epic new film.
The new trailer released by Warner Brothers, is epic. It begins with Russell Crowe’s Jor-El nervous of Superman’s powers and of how he will fit in with a human society, then we move on to Kevin Costner’s Jonathan Kent and how he tries to protect his son, and during this time we watch Clark Kent grow up from childhood to adulthood, and witness some of the problems he faces along the way. Then, without warning, the trailer takes on a new life from the dramatic, emotional first half. Suddenly we are in big spectacle territory as jaw dropping action sequences take place with some truly amazing special effects. We also get a brief glimpse of Michael Shannon’s General Zod, and an even smaller glimpse of Amy Adams as Lois Lane. This is truly a trailer of epic proportions!
Directed by Zack Snyder, produced by Christopher Noaln and written by David S. Goyer and Jonathan Nolan, the film stars Henry Cavill as Clark Kent, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Kevin Costner and Diane Lane as Jonathan and Martha Kent, Michael Shannon as General Zod and Russell Crowe as Jor-El. Also amongst the highly impressive cast are Laurence Fishburne, Christopher Meloni, Ayelet Zurer and Antje Traue.
Man of Steel arrives in cinemas June 14th.
