After what feels like a lifetime, the official trailer has finally landed for Kimberly Peirce’s re-imagining of Stephen King’s horror classic Carrie.
Was it worth the wait? Does the film appear to live up to the hype? Hell fucking yes it does, and then some! The trailer is totally brilliant, and Chloe Grace Moretz looks absolutely perfect for the role of Carrie, and Julianne Moore also looks perfectly cast as her God fearing Mother. What’s more the trailer boasts are truly epic build up of tension, some wonderful imagery and a killer use of music to add to the effect. I was expecting the Carrie remake to look good, but never expected it to look as good as this. Wow!!!

CARRIE is slated for an October 2013 theatrical release.
A reimagining of the classic horror tale about Carrie White (Chloë Grace Moretz), a shy girl outcast by her peers and sheltered by her deeply religious mother (Julianne Moore), who unleashes telekinetic terror on her small town after being pushed too far at her senior prom.
