The first trailer for the third film in the Outpost series has just dropped, and you can view the rather excellent trailer below. Filled with violence, Nazi’s and the undead, and featuring more punching and weapon swinging than you are ever likely to see in under two minutes, I have high hopes for this one!

A press release went out with the trailer detailing the films sales and also those involved with making the film.

The Press Release:

OUTPOST III: RISE OF THE SPETSNAZ has sold all US rights to XLrator Media, which successfully released OUTPOST II: BLACK SUN last year. Written by Rae Brunton, OUTPOST III: RISE OF THE SPETSNAZ marks Kieran Parker’s directorial debut, delivering more action as the un-dead legion breaks out in its ruthless quest for power. Content is handling worldwide sales on the film, which has sold international territories including: the UK (Entertainment One UK) set to release in October 2013, Canada (Mongrel), Germany & Benelux (Splendid), Portugal (Lusomundo), Middle East (Gulf Film), China (H.G.C. Entertainment), CIS & Baltic States (Top Film), Japan (Aya Pro), South Korea (Sonamu), Hong Kong (Panorama), and Tawain (Catchplay).

Bryan Larkin (BATTLEGROUND) stars as the lead Russian Dolokhov alongside James “The Colossus” Thompson, Ultimate Combat World Heavyweight Champion, as The Berserker.

The film is produced by Black Camel Pictures’ Arabella Page Croft and Kieran Parker and executive produced by Matador Pictures’ Nigel Thomas and Content Film’s Jamie Carmichael. The film is backed by Matador Pictures. Creative Scotland and SWSSC (South West Scotland Screen Commission) supported the project in development.

Synopsis:

In the third installment of the hit Nazi Zombie action horror movie we discover the horrifying origins of these supernatural soldiers and see them in ferocious gladiatorial battle against the most ruthless and notorious of all military special forces: the Russian Spetsnaz

A keen enthusiast and collector of all horror and extreme films. I can be picky as i like quality in my horror. This doesn't necessarily mean it has to be a classic, but as long as it has something to impress me then i'm a fan. I watch films by the rule that if it doesn't bring out some kind of emotive response then it aint worth watching.
