A new featurette has arrived which goers into some detail about how The Three Flavours Cornetto Trilogy came about. Starting with Shaun of the Dead, followed by Hot Fuzz and concluding with The World’s End, the trilogy was created by Simon Pegg and Edgar Wright, and the following featurette will give you plenty of insight into how the trilogy was made, so check it out below.

Directed and co-written by Edgar Wright, and co-written by Simon Pegg, the film stars Simon Pegg, Nick Frost, Rosamund Pike, Paddy Considine, Martin Freeman and Eddie Marsan.

The World’s End arrives in UK cinemas 19th July 2013.

Synopsis:

20 years after attempting an epic pub crawl, five childhood friends reunite when one of them becomes hell bent on trying the drinking marathon again. They are convinced to stage an encore by mate Gary King, a 40-year old man trapped at the cigarette end of his teens, who drags his reluctant pals to their home town and once again attempts to reach the fabled pub, The World’s End. As they attempt to reconcile the past and present, they realize the real struggle is for the future, not just theirs but humankind’s. Reaching The World’s End is the least of their worries.
