James Wan’s The Conjuring has become the biggest horror film of the year so far, and is still enjoying a very successful run here in UK cinemas. Now that The Conjuring has worked its magic among horror fans, all eyes are on Wan’s next horror film to see if that can deliver, and possibly beat The Conjurings huge success.
Insidious: Chapter Two is possibly the most highly anticipated horror film of the year, and since the first film kick-started a very welcome return having fun being scared in cinemas, the sequel is likely to do much of the same. A new clip has just been released which shows off the films menacing atmosphere, and gives us another look at Wan’s now familiar and sinister style. The clip see’s Dalton (Ty Simpkins) once again travelling in his sleep, but this time he spots his Dad (Patrick Wilson) also with him in The Further, and looking rather shady.
Insidious: Chapter Two is directed by James Wan, and written by Leigh Whannell. The cast includes Patrick Wilson, Rose Byrne, Ty Simpkins, Barbara Hershey, Lin Shaye, Leigh Whannell, Angus Sampson, Michael Beach, Danielle Biscutti and Jocelin Donhue.
The horror sequel arrives in UK cinemas September 13th.
