It seems that Takashi Shimizu’s long awaited English language debut thriller 7500 (Flight 7500) may soon be released, after spending a remarkable amount of shelve time at CBS Films. Check out the trailer below as a reminder!
Scout Taylor-Compton (Rob Zombie’s Halloween) took to Twitter to say “7500 hits theaters in October! Good day for news,”
Jamie Chung (The Hangover Part II), Christian Serratos (The Twilight Saga), Leslie Bibb (Iron Man, Iron Man 2), Ryan Kwanten (True Blood) and Amy Smart (Crank, The Butterfly Effect), along with Scout Taylor-Compton star in the thriller, which has been written by Craig Rosenberg (TV’s “Lost”) and produced by Taka Ichise (The Grudge) and Roy Lee (The Ring).
7500 follows a group of passengers who encounter what appears to be a supernatural force while on a trans-Pacific flight.
Chung will play Suzy Lee, a newly engaged flight attendant on Vista Pacific Flight 7500 while Serratos will co-star as Raquel Mendoza, who boards the plane after sharing a secret with her boyfriend. Taylor-Compton is set to play Jacinta Beckett, who has a unique perspective on death.
Leslie Bibb plays Laura Baxter, a flight attendant who is involved in a complicated and secret relationship, and Ryan Kwanten and Amy Smart portray married couple Brad and Pia Martin, who board Vista Pacific Flight 7500 with their two longtime friends for a trip to Japan.
