Paramount Pictures UK have revealed the first international trailer for upcoming drama LABOR DAY.

Starring Kate Winslet, Josh Brolin, Gattlin Griffith and Tobey Maguire, LABOR DAY centres on 13-year-old Henry Wheeler (Griffith / Maguire), who struggles to be the man of his house and care for his reclusive mother Adele (Winslet) while confronting all the pangs of adolescence. On a back-to-school shopping trip, Henry and his mother encounter Frank Chambers (Brolin), a man both intimidating and clearly in need of help, who convinces them to take him into their home and later is revealed to be an escaped convict. The events of this long Labor Day weekend will shape them for the rest of their lives.

Set for release on 7th February, Labor Day is based on the novel by Joyce Maynard, and written for the screen and directed by Jason Reitman (Juno, Up in the Air).

I love prosthetic effects, stop-motion animation and gore, but most of all I love a good story! I adore B-movies and exploitation films in many of their guises and also have a soft spot for creature features. I review a wide range of media including movies, TV series, books and videogames. I'm a massive fan of author Hunter S. Thompson and I enjoy various genre of videogames with Kingdom Hearts and Harvest Moon two of my all time favs. Currently playing: Dropsy, Hatoful Boyfriend and The Witcher 2
