TV: Here’s four clips from the first episode of ‘Hannibal Season 2’, plus chilling new artwork



There’s just one week to go before Hannibal Season 2 premieres on NBC in the US, and as if we still needed reminding, a rather cruel new poster has been unleashed.

The poster warns that “viewer discretion is advised’, and that we just have one week to go before the superb show returns. Also included below are four clip from the first episode of Season 2. Enjoy!

Hannibal will return on 28th February with a 13-episode season that begins with Episode 2.01, “Kaiseki” (a traditional multi-course Japanese dinner).

In the debut episode, “Kaiseki”: “While Will continues to assert his innocence, Hannibal and Jack try to come to terms with the fact that he’s in jail; Kade Purnell visits Will.

Hannibal, starring Hugh Dancy as Will Graham and Mads Mikkelsen as Hannibal Lecter, was developed for television by Bryan Fuller, who also serves as writer and executive producer. In addition to Fuller, Martha De Laurentiis, Jesse Alexander, Chris Brancato, Sara Colleton, Katie O’Connell, Elisa Roth, Sidonie Dumas, and Christophe Riandee also serve as executive producers. The series is produced by Gaumont International Television, Dino De Laurentiis Company, and Living Dead Guy Productions and co-commissioned internationally by Sony Pictures Television Networks.
