The Walking Dead return to US TV this Sunday, and the UK shortly after, and if you needed a reminder of all the events that have occurred so far, then we have a solution for you!

A fan of the series has put together a super cool four minute recap of all that has happened so far, so check it out below. They say patience is a virtue, but damn I am running out of patience to see what happens after the superb mid-season finale.

The next episode is due to be aired on Sunday 9th February 2014.

Based on the comic book series written by Robert Kirkman and published by Image Comics, The Walking Dead tells the story of a group of survivors who travel in search of a safe and secure home in the months and years following a zombie apocalypse. The series stars Andrew Lincoln, David Morrissey, Steven Yeun, Norman Reedus, Danai Gurira, Chandler Riggs, Lauren Cohan, Scott Wilson, Melissa McBride, Chad Coleman, Sonequa Martin-Green, and Emily Kinney.

The series is executive produced by Scott M. Gimple, Robert Kirkman, Gale Anne Hurd, David Alpert, Tom Luse, and Greg Nicotero.

Synopsis:

Following the devastating events of the mid-season finale, Rick and the group are still reeling from the loss of their home, family, and friends. With the destruction of the prison, we see the group of survivors broken apart and sent on divergent paths, unsure of everyone else’s fate. What was a challenging life behind fences and walls grows that much more perilous and precious as they are exposed to new dangers, new enemies, and heartbreaking choices. They will have their faith thoroughly tested — a faith that breaks some of them and redeems others.

Here is the synopsis for Episode 4.09, titled “After”:

As Rick (Lincoln) deals with old wounds, members of the prison have to come to terms with their new environment and ask themselves if survival alone is enough. Written by Robert Kirkman and directed by Greg Nicotero.

A keen enthusiast and collector of all horror and extreme films. I can be picky as i like quality in my horror. This doesn't necessarily mean it has to be a classic, but as long as it has something to impress me then i'm a fan. I watch films by the rule that if it doesn't bring out some kind of emotive response then it aint worth watching.
