After the staggering red-band trailer for David Ayer’s upcoming violent thriller, Sabotage, I didn’t think the trailers could get any better. It just did with a more gritty, story driven but equally violent UK trailer which you will find below.

Directed by David Ayer and written by Skip Woods,Sabotage stars Arnold Schwarzenegger, Joe Manganiello (HBO’s True Blood, Magic Mike), Sam Worthington (Avatar, Terminator Salvation), Harold Perrineau (Zero Dark Thirty, FX’s Sons Of Anarchy), Terrence Howard (Red Tails, On The Road), Max Martini, (ABC’s Revenge), Josh Holloway (Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol), Olivia Williams (Anna Karenina), Mireille Enos (Gangster Squad). The original screenplay for TEN is by Skip Woods (X-Men Origins: Wolverine, A Good Day To Die Hard). Producers are Bill Block, Paul Hanson, Joe Roth, Palak Patel and Al Ruddy.

Sabotage arrives in UK cinemas on 9th May.

Filmmaker David Ayer, acclaimed for his gritty and realistic portrayal of life behind the blue line in End Of Watch, reinvents screen legend Arnold Schwarzenegger, as he directs SABOTAGE, an action thriller that follows one of the best assault teams on the planet, an elite special operations team of ten DEA agents.

The elite team executes what appears to be a tactical raid on a cartel safe house, which in fact, turns out to be an elaborate theft operation, pre-planned by the members of the DEA squad itself. After hiding $10 million in stolen cash, the rouge agents believe their secret is safe – that is until someone begins methodically assassinating members of the team, one-by-one. As the body count rises, everyone is suspect, including members of the team itself.

A keen enthusiast and collector of all horror and extreme films. I can be picky as i like quality in my horror. This doesn't necessarily mean it has to be a classic, but as long as it has something to impress me then i'm a fan. I watch films by the rule that if it doesn't bring out some kind of emotive response then it aint worth watching.
