The final trailer for Bryan Singer’s ambitious X-Men: Days of Future Past has dropped, and it is awe-inspiring, and totally amazing. Leaving behind the cold, sinister feel of the first trailer, and not quite reaching the action spectacular of the second one, here we have a much more fun filled trailer, but with plenty of dramatic moments.

The main focus of this trailer is seeing Wolverine (Hugh Jackman) sent back in time to gather up Mutants in order to save their future, and needless to say it gives plenty of room for some witty time-travel influenced dialogue, and a good amount of comedy thrown in too. There is still plenty of time for the trailer to remind us that this will be a heavy, serious superhero movie, and of course there is enough action to confirm that when you do see X-Men: Days of Future Past, it should be on the biggest screen available!

The ultimate X-Men ensemble fights a war for the survival of the species across two time periods in X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST. The beloved characters from the original “X-Men” film trilogy join forces with their younger selves from “X-Men: First Class,” in an epic battle that must change the past – to save our future.

The movie is directed by Bryan Singer and stars a stellar cast which includes (deep breath) Jennifer Lawrence, Michael Fassbender, Ian McKellen, James McAvoy, Patrick Stewart, Hugh Jackman, Ellen Page, Nicholas Hoult, Peter Dinklage and Halle Berry.

X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST is released by Twentieth Century Fox Film Company nationwide on 22nd May 2014.

A keen enthusiast and collector of all horror and extreme films. I can be picky as i like quality in my horror. This doesn't necessarily mean it has to be a classic, but as long as it has something to impress me then i'm a fan. I watch films by the rule that if it doesn't bring out some kind of emotive response then it aint worth watching.
