Do you watch the first official trailer for ‘Ouija’, yes or no?

It’s been over a month since the above title card was revealed for Universal’s new horror pic, Ouija, and it was expected that a trailer was due very soon. It may have taken a little longer than we anticipated, but the trailer is finally here, and it is actually pretty damned good!

Revealed tonight, the trailer is filled with some wonderful moments of horror and some rather sinister imagery and music, and this should delight horror fans of all genres. The young, sexy cast should be easy targets for the nasty stuff, so Ouija is actually looking to be a lot of fun right now.

Ouija is written and directed by Stiles White, with Juliet Snowden co-writing.

Jason Blum and Michael Bay have produced Ouija, which arrives on October 24th 2014.

The cast includes Bianco Santos (“The Fosters”), Erin Moriarty (“Red Widow”), newcomer Ana Coto, Vivis Colombetti (Paranormal Activity 2), Olivia Cooke (“Bates Motel”), Douglas Smith, Daren Kagasoff, and Matthew Settle.

Official synopsis:

In OUIJA, a group of friends must confront their most terrifying fears when they awaken the dark powers of an ancient spirit board. Stiles White directs the supernatural thriller that is produced by Platinum Dunes partners Michael Bay, Brad Fuller and Andrew Form (The Purge, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Friday the 13th) alongside Blumhouse Productions’ Jason Blum (Paranormal Activity and Insidious series, The Purge), Bennett Schneir (Battleship) and Hasbro. Juliet Snowden and Stiles White wrote the script for OUIJA, and Universal will distribute the film worldwide.
