Marvel have released a second clip from James Gunn’s Guardians of the Galaxy, and it is just brilliant! This is the second clip this week, and comes off a barrage of extremely positive tweets from fans who saw an early screening of the film a few days ago.
The clip see’s Drax the Destroyer (Dave Bautista) having some woman trouble with Gamora (Zoe Saldana), while Peter Quill (Chris Pratt) attempts to calm the situation. What the clip reflects brilliantly is the volatile relationship between the Guardians, and also Drax’ slightly dumb personalityl which leads to some hilarious dialogue. He is simply a killing machine, and cannot see sense in anything else, which will make his character a lot of fun on screen.
I love this clip, I love everything about this film thus far, so let’s stop now please Marvel and not spoil anything more. Here in the UK we have just over a week to go before the films release, and I am sure fans are more than convinced already.
Guardians of the Galaxy is written and directed by James Gunn, and the cast includes Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Vin Diesel, Bradley Cooper, Lee Pace, Karen Gillan, John C. Reilly, Glenn Close, Michael Rooker, Djimon Hounsou, Peter Serafinowicz, and Benicio Del Toro.
The film will be released in UK cinemas July 31st.
